Re-issue of duplicate de-registration document

Have you lost original de-registration paper of an imported Japanese car?
Japan Inspection Organization™ will supply duplicate of de-registration paper issued by Department of Transportation in Japan.


Inform chassis number (also called frame number or vin number) of your imported Japanese car. This Organization (JIO™) will send duplicate papers issued by DOT (Department of Transportation) to you immediately by DHL.

The fee is Japanese Yen 30,000.- (see currency exchange rate) per paper including English translation (original document is in Japanese language) and DHL courier charges. Duplicate paper will be sent after 3 working days of confirmation of payment.

How to send payment

At present, JIO accept payment by wire transfer only. Due to credit card fraud attempts from various countries, this Organization has stopped accepting payment by credit cards. Sorry for any inconvenience.
